Sea Kayak Guide and Instructor: Sea Kayaking guides are certified for leading day and overnight trips on coastal waters.   Sea Kayaking guides will be employed for sea kayaking trips, including overnight sea kayaking trips.   Sea Kayaking guides are required to have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience sea kayak guiding
• A valid Maine Sea Kayak Guide License
• Valid CPR and Basic First Aid Certification
• ACA or BCU certification (preferred, not required)
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of and experience with the trip location

Whitewater Kayaking Instructor: Whitewater Kayaking Instructors are certified for leading and teaching whitewater kayaking. Whitewater Kayaking Instructors will be employed for whitewater kayaking courses and private instruction. Whitewater Kayaking Instructors are required to have:

• A valid Maine Whitewater Guide License or a valid Maine Recreational Guide License
• Valid CPR and Basic First Aid Certification
• ACA Whitewater Instructor Certification (preferred not required)
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of and experience with the trip location

Kayak Rental - Office Staff: Rentals/Office staff are trained to provide customer service and facilitate kayak rentals at our New Harbor base.   Rentals/Office staff are required to have:

• Valid CPR and Basic First Aid Certification (preferred, not required)
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of and experience with rental and trips locations
